• Refund Policy

    • In the event of customer stops the subscription, the amount in the wallet (excluding any cashback benefit) is refundable by placing the request to the customer support. Refundable amount will be credited to the customer’s source account which was used to make the payment against which refund is getting processed. Refund is credited within 5 to 21 working days of sharing the bank details.
    • There would a admin charge of Rs. 200 as well as transaction charge anywhere between 1.65% to 2.36% for any refund processed. If the amount is less than Rs 200 it would not be eligible for any refund.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Customer can cancel/stop/hold their subscription using Go-Magic mobile application or by reaching out to the customer support.
